Hey girl! I know you can get back into it! Once a few days have passed, you'll be back into your routine. If you are looking for some fun and healthy recipes, or new routines to get you excited about working out again, you should check out selfmagazine.com and fitnessmagazine.com. I go to these sites all the time when I am looking for something new to get me pumped up for the gym and eating right! There's a lot of stuff like that out there so let me know if you want to know about any other sites or programs! =)

I know all about that plateau and how frustrating it can be to get off it - but it CAN BE DONE! Persistence / perserverance and PATIENCE are the key. I was told years ago when I was at Weight Watchers that the last few pounds are the hardest to lose because you're trying to lose "lean tissue" as opposed to "FAT" and it's harder to get rid of! YOu have to work HARDER to get it off - but once it's off it should be easier to maintain the loss!

Weight loss is both diet and "movement" (I won't say "exercise") related but it's MORE about what you put into your body to fuel it... and therefore you have to think of your food as ENERGY and not as "COMFORT" or "REWARD"!
